Jill is spearheading our leasing efforts as Lincoln Corners’ Sales Manager. She has recently retired from her position as New England Sales Manager for Stark Carpet Corp., and is now balancing time between riding, gardening, and adjusting to her new status as a full time Vermonter.
Woodstock Builders has moved its office to Suite 202, and the Lincoln Schoolhouse building (2 Lincoln Corners) is currently being cleared out and spruced up to be offered for rent later in the summer.
The landscaping has weathered the winter beautifully, the hills are as lush and green as we’ve ever seen them, the re-paving of Route 4 is done (and shouldn’t be a bother again for at least a decade!), and Tom Debevoise, our farmer neighbor is planting his large field to our south.
The economy has had a predictable effect on Vermont businesses, and we have yet to contract a tenant beyond Woodstock Builders & Lincoln Corners Associates in Office 202. So, we have reduced our rates substantially, and are offering an additional 20% discount on the next 1,000 square feet rented. See Rates
The fuel & electricity efficiency of the building over the past year has significantly exceeded our best expectations, and reduced the projected monthly common contribution accordingly. See Rates
There is no lien or mortgage of any kind on One Lincoln Corners.
The One Lincoln Corners construction team was one of the finest I have worked with during my 35 years in the construction business. I greatly appreciate there commitment to excellence and quality of work.
